Our mission is to serve as a community gathering place, tourist destination and a market for a wide range of fresh vegetables, fruits, flowers and other value-added items in the parish of St. Charles.

Cajun Element- fresh boudin, a variety of sausages including Italian, Muffeletta, & breakfast sausage, Tasso, and a variety of sauces and rubs.
Coastal Cap Co.- fresh mushrooms, mushroom tinctures, dehydrated mushrooms
Creations by Mary- a variety of craft items
Divine Desserts- a variety of baked goods including bread pudding, cakes, cookies, and more
Dock of the Bay- a variety of jams and preserves
Fleur Dough Lis Bakery- artisan breads such as sourdough, challah, fire bread, grilled cheese bread, rosemary and scallion. Plus compound butters.
The Garden Cove- a variety of plants
Homegrown Produce- fresh fruit and vegetables, honey
Honeybun Gone Crunchy- freeze dried candy, fudge
James Zeringue Vegetables- a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh farm eggs, duck eggs
Kingsley's Kreations- banana bread, cake pops, soaps, wax melts, and more
Lily's Bakery NOLA- Japanese Cheesecake, a variety of breads, nougat candies, milk breads, and more
NOLA Tamales- New Orleans Style Hot Tamales, Tamale Balls, Mexican 7-layer dip,
Paul's Beverage- a variety of flavored teas and lemonades, cold pressed coffee, (New Summer Menu)
Plantation Kettle Corn- jambalaya, pastalaya, breakfast jambalaya, cold pasta salad, kettle corn
